Exchanges & Returns

Too bad the item is not quite to your liking after all. If you have purchased a product from us but still want to exchange or return it, there are some rules. These are described below. Please have your Track & Trace / Order number and Postal Code at hand, so you can easily exchange or return.

Please note: only products from our standard range can be exchanged or returned. Products that are custom made for you or bought during a sale can unfortunately not be exchanged or returned.

Make sure your package is sufficiently stamped. Returns are at your own risk and we recommend that you pack the package well and send it traceable and/or registered. The costs for exchanges or returns are at your own expense. We will only reimburse the return costs in exceptional cases (e.g. in the event of damage). If you think you are eligible for this, please send us an email to info@ilmaha.com and request a return label.
