I'm not using it "yet." But I can already tell it's a nice, sturdy pillow. Our 5-year-old daughter can also relax in it comfortably until the twins arrive.

It looks like a very handy nursing pillow and would also be nice as a "nest" for twins. I can't really say much else about it yet because I haven't used it. The pillow is firmly stuffed, and the fabric seems to be of good quality.
